Advocate trainee, a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (with honors). He also gained legal experience at Utrecht University as part of the Erasmus + program.
Specializes in railway transport law, energy law, civil law, as well as construction law and zoning law. Actively involved in handling civil, administrative, and court-administrative cases, with a particular focus on regulatory matters. He gained professional experience working with law firms in Warsaw, and previously as an in-house lawyer in companies. Author of scientific articles on administrative law, he also regularly speaks at business and scientific conferences. Proficient in the English language.
