Miłosz Siuda, Associate, Attorney-at-Law and member of the Warsaw Bar Association, graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He received an award in the Prof. Jerzy Jakubowski Competition, organized by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, for the best master’s thesis on arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation team.
Miłosz specializes in litigation as well as civil and commercial law. He has extensive experience in handling civil, commercial and criminal disputes. His practice focuses on matters relating to banking law, capital markets, and commercial law. He gained professional experience at leading Warsaw law firms and at the Office of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.
