Anna Krysiak, partner, barrister, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She heads a team of court, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Mec. Anna Krysiak specializes in substantive and procedural civil law. In her practice, she focuses on creating and implementing effective procedural strategies and developing optimal, from the point of view of Clients’ interests, solutions in connection with legal disputes to which our Clients are parties. Mec. Anna Krysiak successfully represents Clients – including leading companies from the telecommunications, energy and rail industries sectors – in many complex and precedent proceedings with a value of millions, pending before common and arbitration courts and the Supreme Court. During her professional practice she also gained extensive experience in court cases in the field of labor law as well as in the field of medical law. Mec. Krysiak also has experience in conducting compensation disputes pending with the participation of the State Treasury or state legal persons as well as disputes under international civil proceedings, in which there are problems with determining the jurisdiction of courts and applicable law, especially in relation to commercial matters resolved using instruments of Community Law and international conventions. Apart from conducting court proceedings, Mec. Krysiak advises institutional Clients in the broadly understood civil, commercial and labor law. Her professional experience also includes matters related to the so-called ,,franc credits” (credits indexed or denominated to the Swiss franc). Mec. Anna Krysiak also successfully participates in negotiations aimed at amicable settlement of disputes. She also has extensive experience in conducting cases before public administration bodies and in representing Clients before administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court, especially in proceedings related to regulating the legal status of real estates.
