We are happy to inform that the lawyers of our Law Firm – Joanna Rewkowska, Wojciech Jacyno, and Aleksander Bulski – successfully represented our client in two cases concerning objections against administrative decisions issued by the President of the Upper Mining Office in Katowice reversing the first instance decisions on approval of the operation plans of plants performing geological works and refferring the case back to the first instance. On 6 October 2020, the Voivodship Administrative Court in Gliwice issued two rulings reversing the challenged decisions. The court agreed with the arguments presented by our lawyers, considering that the annulment of the first instance decisions was groundless in both cases.
