On October 18, 2018, the District Court in Warsaw dismissed the action brought by the rail carrier against the State Treasury and the railway infrastructure manager represented by the lawyers of the Law Office – attorney Anna Krysiak and attorney Mariusz Rypina for the payment of several dozen million zlotys in compensation in connection with the method of determining the fees for access to the railway infrastructure. The court entirely shared the arguments presented by the lawyers of the Law Office, considering that the carrier’s claims are completely unfounded.
