Mec. Anna Krysiak successfully represented at first instance and on appeal, important company in the brokerage services market, in a matter relating to the provision of brokerage services in the trading of future contracts. The court of first instance shared completely the arguments of Mec. Anna Krysiak, and found the action against brokerage firm as completely unjustified and fully dismissed the action. On 26 April 2018 the Court of Appeal in Warsaw dismissed the appeal of the claimant and fully accepted the argumentation of the attorney of brokerage firm.
