Kamilla Pomorska successfully represented the Client in the proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court regarding the decision of the President of the Office of Railway Transport. As a result of the cassation appeal prepared by Kamilla Pomorska, the Supreme Administrative Court offered the substantive judgment, in which it dismiss the first instance rule as well as the decision of the second instance authority.
