The Supreme Administrative Court allowed for the cassation appeal prepared by Joanna Rewkowska and dismissed the complaint of legal successors of former owners who wanted to challenge the purchase of real estate by the State Treasury under the provisions of the agricultural reform act. In the present case, the Supreme Administrative Court ruled the reformatory system and managed to end the proceedings in a way that would be favorable to the Client, without the need for re-issuing the ruling by the administrative authorities.
