Jakub Żelazek, attorney, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, associate partner Our Law Firm, he belongs to the litigation and arbitration team. He is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Master’s thesis on the topic formation rules of liability under the indemnity, written under the direction of Professor Fryderyk Zoll in Chair of Civil Law. He gained experience worked at law firms and courts in Krakow and Warsaw.
He specializes in the civil law, in particular in the law of obligations. His professional interests also revolve around the procedural civil law and execution proceedings. In his previous practice, he has participated in the creation of legal solutions in complicated civil disputes. Jakub Żelazek represents institutional clients in litigation and arbitration, in particular those related to liability for damages. He is co-author of publications: “The Auditor’s Responsibility” („Odpowiedzialność biegłego rewidenta”) under the editorship prof. Marek Wierzbowski. He actively participates as a speaker in the specialized conferences and discussion panels, as well he conducts training for lawyers in the areas of law in which he specializes.
