In recent days our lawyers have had a number of public appearances at the invitation of conference organizers. Anna Krysiak, Sławomir Jakszuk and Mateusz Olewiński at the invitation of The Polish Association of Listed Companies were panelists in debates on the Corporate Disputes Forum. Sławek Jakszuk spoke on claims brought by shareholders against the members of the management board of the company, Anna Krysiak spoke on questioning of the registered company’s articles of association (statut in Polish), and Mateusz Olewiński presented the issues of the audit committees. During the International Railway Fair TRAKO prof. Wierzbowski was a panelist at the rail transport conference organized by the Office of Rail Transport. Furthermore at the Congress of Banking and Corporate Finance held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by the Institute for Market Economics prof. Wierzbowski was the moderator of the panel devoted to the new initiative: “Maritime Investment Fund – a new look at the financing of maritime industry in Poland”.
