By resolution of the Scientific Discipline Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Paweł Nowicki, head of the Public Procurement Practice and the Practice of European Law, State Aid and EU Funds in the office, obtained a habilitation degree in the field of social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences and become a Professor of EU Law and Public Procurement Law in the rank of an associate professor at the NCU. Both the habilitation thesis on “Axiology of public procurement law – between economic efficiency and instrumentalization” (Toruń 2019), as well as the academic achievements of dr hab.
