In February we welcomed a new expert in antitrust law, Artur Kruk, who joined us from the Competition Protection Department of the UOKiK.
At the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection Mr. Kruk was initially responsible for product quality cases (at the Trade Inspection Department), and later for antitrust cases concerning abuse of dominant position and agreements restricting competition (at the Competition Protection Department). He also took part in inspections and searches on behalf of the CCD. Mr. Kruk was a member of ECN Transport and ECN Energy working groups (as part of the European Competition Network), where he cooperated with the European Commission (DG Competition) and national anti-trust authorities from other member states.
Mr. Kruk’s practice focuses on antitrust, energy and rail transport law. He also has experience in insurance law.
Mr. Kruk joined us as a member of the Competition and Consumer Protection Law, Energy and Railway Transport practice.
