Professor Marek Wierzbowski, Mecenas Anna Krysiak and Mecenas Mariusz Rypina represented the railway infrastructure manager before the Court of Appeals in a case of claims concerning ownership of – the structures built into bridges on railway lines. The Court of Appeals shared the arguments raised by our lawyers that the structures covered by the dispute as bridge spans permanently integrated into railway lines can not constitute a separate object of trade. The Court of Appeal reversed the judgment of the first instance court and dismissed the claim. Thusly lawyers from our law firm succeeded in reversing the unfavorable line of deciswions. for our client.
