Andrzej Zabojski is an attorney-at-law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He focuses his practice on administrative and construction law, particularly on legal issues arising in the investment and development process. His experience covers matters related to spatial planning, construction law, environmental protection and heritage protection.
He advises investors throughout the entire lifecycle of development projects — from early-stage planning procedures, through zoning and building permit proceedings, to legalization procedures and disputes before administrative authorities and administrative courts. He also supports developers in the preparation and execution of projects by delivering legal opinions and analyses involving technical construction regulations, environmental law, the Spatial Planning and Development Act, and various sector-specific investment statutes.
Andrzej additionally assists housing communities and property managers, and conducts legal due diligence of real estate, with a strong emphasis on planning and administrative risks. He drafts and reviews a broad range of real estate agreements.
Alongside his legal practice, he is active in academic work. He publishes scholarly and professional articles in well-regarded legal journals, focusing on administrative law, construction law and spatial planning.
