Paweł Makowski is an expert on protection with regard to processing of personal data and on movement of such data. Before joining us he was high rank officer at the Office of Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data, responsible inter alia for introduction of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into Poland. He is co-author of the Commentary on GDPR published by Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data. He assists companies in drafting regulations concerning data protection and represents the parties in proceedings initiated by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
