Wojciech Jacyno is an associate partner in the Law Office and an attorney-at-law with almost 20 years of experience with special focus on real property investment law. Wojciech co-heads the real property practice group (with Joanna Rewkowska).
His expertise covers real property trade and comprehensive advice on all aspects of the investment process (acquisition and sale of real property, land use and construction law issues, environmental aspects of investments). Wojciech has handled large projects involving the acquisition of real property for shopping malls, hypermarkets, petrol stations, etc. An important element of Wojciech’s expertise is the advice on linear investments, including road investments and energy investments (construction of electric power lines).
He also handles residential development schemes.
Wojciech was a member of the Construction Law Codification Committee. There he worked on the Code on Land Use and Construction Law, the first Polish codification of the investment law.
Wojciech is a co-author of “Investment Process”, a book published by Wolters Kluwer (2015) and the English translation of the Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law (C.H. Beck 2004).
He has a proficient command of English, speaks German and French.
