Our experience in the area of telecommunications law includes advising on the regulation of the telecommunications market, proceedings before the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, (UKE), protection of end users’ rights, the process of frequency allocation, inter-operator cooperation, application of the Act on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks. The subject of our legal analyses was the possibility of concluding an agreement with a regulatory body against the background of the applicable law, modification clauses in telecommunication contracts, examination of the status of a telecommunications undertaking or application of Articles 43a and 172 of the Telecommunications Law. We also dealt with issues related to restrictions and elimination of the phenomenon of so-called “artificial traffic” in the telecommunications network and issues related to so-called anti-fraud, as well as those related to the implementation of the must carry/must offer obligation.

Our lawyers also provide ongoing advice to clients from new technology and media industries, closely related to their activities.
