Professor Wierzbowski and mec. Olewiński presented legal problems of audit committees at the XXVth Forum of Presidents of Supervisory Boards organized by PwC, WSE and SEG. The presentation with mec. Ordyk of PwC raised a great deal of discussion, especially in view of the independence of the members of the Audit Committee.
