We are pleased to inform that the lawyers of our Law Firm – Prof. Marek Wierzbowski, Dr Joanna Róg-Dyrda and barrister’s trainee Anna Jaskułowska – successfully represented our Client (cooperative bank) in the proceedings before the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF) concerning the imposition of an administrative penalty for the alleged failure to implement financial security measures (lack of identification of the beneficial owner).

The case revealed complicated intertemporal problems.

The proceedings were finally discontinued by the authority in whole as groundless.
