Monika Spychała, associate, trainee attorney, member of the Warsaw Bar Association, she graduated from the Kozminski University with a degree in law. She is a member of the team conducting litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
She specializes in substantive and procedural civil law. She gained professional experience already during her law studies, practicing in proceedings involving indexed loans and loans denominated to foreign currency, including disputes in consumer cases.
