Kinga Jaskulak, associate, attorney trainee, graduate from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration.
A specialist in the area of competition and consumer protection law, rail transport, capital markets and corporate law. Kinga advises clients on compliance with consumer law standard contracts, projects and business solutions in B2C relations. She advises on M&A transactions especially regarding notification of the concentration between undertakings. She takes part in preparation of due diligence reports and prospectuses. Kinga provides ongoing legal services for companies in the field of corporate matters.
