Jakub Kuś, associate, trainee attorney-at-law at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw as part of an individual course of study under the academic supervision of Dr. Witold Borysiak. PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
Jakub Kuś specializes in civil law. He has experience in court proceedings concerning disputes arising from the performance of construction and project design contracts. In addition, Jakub Kuś deals with real estate trading and development law, as well as the legal aspects of investment preparation and implementation (issues related to the acquisition and sale of real estate, spatial planning, construction law, and environmental law).
He gained experience in law firms specializing in civil law issues related to the investment and construction process, as well as contract consulting and handling claims arising during the implementation of construction projects.
