European Financial Congress organized a seminar “Judgement of Court of Justice of the EU in the case of bank credits in Swiss Franks” (Case C‑260/18). Number of distinguished lawyers (many of them representing parties to the pending disputes) and experts in banking took part in the Seminar. Prof. Wierzbowski moderated the panel “How the judgement of the Court should be understood” Mariusz Rypina Esq. participated as panelist in the panel “What are advantages and risks for creditors and banks?” the Seminar shown substantial discrepancies in the presented opinions concerning disputes between banks and creditors.
