Jakub Jagiełło, lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and of the Studium Dominicanum. He specialises in commercial law, in particular competition law, public procurement law, railway transport regulation, as well as administrative and judicial proceedings. Author of legal publications. He gained his first professional experience at one of the largest law firms in Poland, where he assisted the team in providing legal advice, including to the national railway infrastructure manager.
At the firm, he advises major private entities as well as state authorities and state-owned companies, primarily in matters concerning administrative, administrative-judicial, and judicial proceedings.
