Mikołaj Wypijewski, associate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a member of the real estate, investment projects, and environmental law team.
In his practice, he supports individual and institutional clients in matters related to spatial planning and development, construction law, as well as specific regulations concerning the implementation of construction projects, including environmental protection laws, geological law, energy law, and so-called special acts.
His professional interests focus on the administrative law regulations of the investment and construction process, particularly in the fields of residential and commercial construction, as well as on environmental law issues, with special emphasis on the energy, mining, and waste management sectors.
He drafts agreements in the process of real estate acquisition and reports on the legal status of properties. He also participates in administrative proceedings, as well as proceedings before administrative courts and common courts, supporting the real estate, investment projects, and environmental law team in developing effective litigation strategies.
