Kinga Jaskulak, associate, attorney, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, graduate from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration. She belongs to the litigation and arbitration team.
She specializes in substantive and procedural civil law. In addition, she advises on competition and consumer protection law, rail transport, capital markets and corporate law. She takes part in preparation of due diligence reports and prospectuses. Kinga provides ongoing legal services for companies in the field of corporate matters.
She is the co-author of commentaries on the Act on Rail Transport, Regulation on markets in crypto-assets.
She has gained professional experience from the beginning of her studies. She speaks English.
