Joanna Rewkowska is of consel in the Law Office and a legal advisor with almost 20 years of experience, with special focus on real property investment law. Joanna conducts practice in the field of environmental protection.
Joanna focuses on advising in investment process, including the issues regarding zoning, obtaining all required administrative permits, acquisition of the real property, construction contracts, public procurement law and environmental aspects of investments. Joanna represents clients in administrative proceedings and in administrative courts, as well as in civil courts and the Supreme Court. She advises clients from energy, chemical, infrastructure and building sectors.
Joanna has co-authored “Investment Process”, a book published by Wolters Kluwer (2015), and commentary on the act on access to the information about the environment… (C.H. Beck, two editions).
She has a good command of English.
