The Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, took into account the arguments contained in the application for reconsideration of the case of one of the leading non-public universities represented by Stanisław Radowicki, and decided to change the first decision on refusing to approve the university to admit foreign students, by issuing a decision approving the university. In the result, the university can continue to admit and educate students from abroad.

In other case conducted by Stanisław Radowicki on behalf of one of the largest and one of the leading non-public universities in Poland, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration accepted the argumentation presented by our lawyer in the case and decided to discontinue the proceeding regarding the prohibition on admittance the foreign students. As a result of the obtained decision, the university can continue the activity, including, among others, the admittance and education of foreign students.
