I was informed that:

1. the Controller of my personal data is Prof. Marek Wierzbowski i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni with its registered office in Warsaw, Mokotowska Street 15a lok. 17, hereinafter referred to as the: Law Firm,
2. my personal data will be processed by Law Firm based on article 6 (1) point a) General Data Protection Regulation in order to respond to the question and to the continuation electronic correspondence,
3. my personal data can be carry out by Law Firm to the third party providing services to the Law Firm, for example to the Tax Ofiice,
4. my personal data will not be transfer outside the European Union,
5. my personal data shall be processed by the Law Firm during the exchange of messages and the period provided by applicable law,
6. I have the right to request access to my data, their ratification, erasure or restriction of processing them, right to object to processing my personal data, as well as the right to data portability,
7. I have the right to withdraw my consent to the processing my personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on my consent before its withdrawal,
8. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the GIODO (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), if the processing of my personal data violates the law,
9. providing my personal data was voluntary but necessary to correspondence,
10. personal data provided by me, will not be the basis of automated decision-making, including profiling.
