P. Kamil Rosiak has joined our team as an associate partner. He specialises in EU law, competition and state aid and aviation law. He advises and represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, General Court and the Polish Competition Authority.

Kamil is an experienced EU lawyer with many years of practice before the EU courts (more than 20 cases in the last 15 years). He has extensive experience in international and domestic negotiations (for public and private entities).

He is the Polish representative and chairman of the Permanent Delegation of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) to the Court of Justice (one of the CCBE’s committees), a member of the board of the Polish Competition Law Association (SPK), a visiting professor at the College of Europe (Natolin campus), the Polish correspondent of the European State Aid Law Quarterly, and the author and co-author of books and academic articles on EU law and competition law.
