Miłosz Siuda, associate, attorney, member of Warsaw Bar Association, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University with summa cum laude honor. He was awarded in the competition named after Prof. Jerzy Jakubowski organized by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for the best master’s thesis on arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the litigation, arbitration and mediation team.
Miłosz is an experienced lawyer in the field of litigation concerning civil, commercial and criminal matters. He concentrated his practice on litigation in particular in the areas of banking, capital markets and commercial law. He gained experience in the Warsaw law firms and in the Office of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.
He speaks fluent English.
