Klaudia Brzezińska – Jaromin, senior associate, barrister, member of Warsaw Bar Association, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University with summa cum laude honor and an excellent grade. She specializes in capital market law and commercial companies law. As part of the Law Firm, she conducts prospectus proceedings, provides consultancy in the field of public and private offers of securities, M&A transactions, delistings, fulfillment of information obligations by listed companies and ongoing legal services for companies in the field of corporate matters. She has gained professional experience from the beginning of her studies, in law firms and in the legal department of a listed company present on global markets. She is the co-author of the third edition of the commentary on capital market law edited by M. Wierzbowski, L. Sobolewski and P. Wajda (CH Beck 2018) and the second edition of the commentary on the Act on Bonds (CH Beck 2019).
